Hi! I’m Erin - a fractional executive and operations leader dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and heart.

In my current work, I serve in executive leadership roles with two organizations I care deeply about: birthFUND, founded by journalist, author, and host Elaine Welteroth, and the Million Dollar Women Fund, founded by entrepreneur and business coach Julia Pimsleur. Across my portfolio, I support founders and teams with strategic planning, operational leadership, and organizational growth - always with people and purpose at the center.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for 15+ years and have worked across industries including music, entertainment, weddings, digital marketing, nonprofit, and beauty. I also frequently speak about leadership, entrepreneurship, and impact, including for MAC Cosmetics, Nuna, Pure Mama, Million Dollar Women, and Argent. As a proud mom of two, I understand the reality of balancing meaningful work with real life, and I bring that spirit of empathy and practicality into everything I do.
